Macross / Gundam / Mazinger Angels - April 2007

Theme: Macross / Gundam / Mazinger Angels
I loved the story of Robotech / Macross as a kid and through my teens until now. I always wanted a fleet of Valkyries but I couldn't afford it on E-Bay and there were no toys in the 90's. I did have an original Takatoku SDF-1 but only 1 VF-1E. When Bandai re-released them I was all over them and the Yamato Valks too. The Mazinger Angels are really cool chrome and I do like Gundam as well, but Macross will always be there for me.

Theme: Kamen Rider / Sentai
I've always liked big robots and super heroes. And NO ONE does big robots or super heroes like Japan. Instead of Transformers or Gundam though, this display focuses on Sentai (think Power Rangers in Japan) robots, and the coolness that is Kamen Rider. Although not robots, Kamen Rider are Japanese Super Heroes in the same vein as Sentai. So enjoy the robots that Sentai has to offer as well as the figures, helmets, and belts that Kamen Rider has to offer! For great Henshin Justice!!

“This is my pride and joy because I love doing what I do. I’ve included almost my full collection minus a few. I may be adding things after the holidays but this is basically everything that’s going to be here. I’ve included models from numerous Gundam series such as 'Gundam X', 'Gundam SEED', 'Gundam SEED Destiny', 'Zeta Gundam', 'ZZ Gundam', and 'Gundam Wing'. I’ve also included my Japanese Mobile Suit in Action collection which mainly features “Gundam SEED” as well as a few 1/144th scale models from the new Gundam series “Gundam SEED Stargazer” and a GM that belongs to my brother but I originally built. After I sold it to him he gave it the nice paint job. Any comments or feedback is very helpful.“

Theme: Childhood Cartoons
“Voltron, Transformers, Robotech / Macross were the cartoons that got me interested in the big giant robot genre of anime. I used to watch and tape Voltron back in the day then moved onto Transformers, then finally Robotech. It wasn't until Macross Plus that got me into collecting "Collectable" toys. My first was the YF-19.“
Faces of a Hero - Optimus Prime Through the Years - September 2006
Collector's Name: Michael Gilliam
Age: 31
Customer Since: 1997-Present
Theme: Faces of a Hero - Optimus Prime Through the Years
“For some reason I cannot explain, I kept buying the newest Optimus. These are taken from the following series: G1, Powermasters. G2, RID, Armada, Energon, and Cyberton. Most of these were bought in store or private sale. As you can see, I did not get every Optimus yet, so this collection is still a work in progress. If you have any suggestions for what to aquire next feel free to email me.
I brought a few extras. A quintesson prototype, a carded Fort Max knockoff, a stack of my TF collector cards, and a plie of techspecs.“
