How To Order:
Welcome to the Kicks Hobby Japan Order Page. Here at Kicks, we'd like to ensure that the information transferred to us from you is at all times absolutely safe. That is why we use only secure means of communication for sensitive personal information such as your credit card number. There are several different ways you can relay us the information we need to process and ship your order.
Ordering via online ordering system:
When ordering via the online system, simply click on the add to cart button for any products you wish to purchase. You are then presented with your personal shopping cart where you may view all the items you have currently listed for purchase as well as modify the quantity of each item. After reviewing this info you can either go to the ordering process to finalize your order, or click on the continue shopping button to return to the site and continue adding things to your shopping cart. You may at any time click on the shopping cart icon on the top menu bar to view what you have selected for purchase so far and/or to go through the final process of entering information and sending your order to us. Credit card numbers are transferred by a secure encrypted connection to ensure customer privacy.
Ordering by phone:
You can call us during normal business hours and place your order. Be prepared to give us your name, address, phone number, and credit card number along with your purchase selections. Ordering by phone or via the online system are the only two ways we accept credit card numbers.
Ordering by Fax or Mail.
You may fax, mail, or email us your order using the order form provided here. Then you can either call to give us your credit card number, or mail us a money order. We must receive the money order within 3 days of the placement of the order, otherwise the item will be placed out of holding, and might become sold out. Be sure to write all information clearly, because if something is unreadable then we will have to call to verify your information, meaning it will take longer for us to process your order.
When the order is processed:
If your order has been called in or sent via the online system, we should process it within 24 hours or so, and proceed to mail it the next business day. For other orders we will process it as soon as we receive it. Keep in mind however that there are sometimes technical issues that result in the delay of orders. Feel free to call or email us if you have any questions and we will reply promptly.

Flat fee of $5.00 US per order.
International Shipping Cost:
Please call us for shipping cost. (From: $15 and UP)
Important Notice for International Orders :
We do not accept Credit Cards outside of United States. We only accept international money orders or Paypal.

Return Policy:
Returns must be made within 10 days of when the shipment is received. Only unopened products may be returned, and for store credit only. To ensure your return is processed as soon as possible, please contact us (preferably by e-mail) with your name, what you ordered, and the order number so that we are ready to process your return right when we receive it.
